Design Fund for Growth
In 2011 – Wire was asked to help the Design Council to develop a written and visual language that would capture and express the value of design in business and society.
This simple expression is: good design=growth. The idea was realised through a simple set of flexible messages and a range of graphic expressions that came together in a simplified and yet powerful identity for a national programme of events under the banner: 'Design Fund for Growth'.
The events were run in collaboration with regional partners including: Design Network North, Design Wales Forum, Creative Front Cambridge, Culture North and the West of England Design Forum.
Wire offered ongoing brand and identity support to the Design Council and the regional partners, so that each could develop and run their own unique events and celebrations of design, while promoting a joined-up set of principles and a greater recognition of the Design Council's greater agenda- good design = Growth.
