After Wire produced their Student Handbook, London South Bank University (LSBU) asked us to redesign both their Undergraduate and Postgraduate prospectuses. With fierce competition for student enrolments, our remit was to design two engaging documents that would stand out in comparison to those produced by other universities.
To inform prospective students about studying at the LSBU, we chose the title of 'The Student View' for the prospectus. Photographer Hermione Hodgson was commissioned to provide a visual essay about life at the LSBU from the viewpoint of current students. Using a fisheye lens, Hermione captured the diverse and exciting experiences had by students both at the university and in a vibrant city like London.
The main body of each document contains detailed course information for each Faculty. Every Faculty section is prefaced with a student profile and their portrait.
