What we do - Interactive - RSA

In 2002 Wire were approached to work on the I~design project with the Design Council, Helen Hamlyn Research Centre for Inclusive design, Cambridge University and Central Saint Martins.

The outcomes were a 600 page book on inclusive design and the Inclusive Design Resource that now resides under the remit of the Royal Society of Arts.

The resource draws upon years of research and case studies of product, built environment and communication design. It is served by an extensive content management system and database all built and supported by Wire Internet.

The functionality was developed after extensive user testing with leading design industry professionals and people with varying levels of IT literacy, physical ability and age.

In May 2005 Wire started to work with the RSA on the next phase of development.
